no do not make her eat let her stomach rest - just make sure she is drinking so take the bowl to her but do not let her gulp it just take a little bit at a time as gulping it can make them throw water back up
what happened within the 24 hrs prior to this in detail ? any fatty foods or treats? Do you think your pup has any obstruction - toy piece or something?
It is normal not to have poop if not eating
