Sadie is not being mean. If you had watched her play with her littermates, she would have acted the same way. Puppies can sound downright vicious when they play with one another.

That's why ideally Sadie would still be with her mom and littermates for another month. If she got too rough with a sibling, he would have yelped and stopped playing with her. Sadie would have learned that rough play means the fun stops. It's a very important lesson in socialization that Sadie missed.

You will have to be patient and persistent and work extra hard with her. Bite inhibition is much harder for her to learn from you.
