At seven months he is finished with teething, though.
Puppies go through a "teenage stage" the second half of their first year when they challenge you, don't listen and can regress in housebreaking.
If Halo is voiding large amounts of urine like he can't hold it, it is probably something medical. Lady did this when she became diabetic.
