That's what I meant by a junk food lover comment ;o) mine's the same way.
I don't know how big the treats are, but maybe cut them in half. And if it was me, I'd mix a little canned food in with it to get him eating the good stuff. Mine did the same thing, eating only the old food out of the mixed dry stuff. They sure are clever
