I love hearing the babies and it is always good to have a stethoscope on hand during labor and for puppies if needed.

As far as your girl and her scheduled c-section. Since you now know there are 3 puppies I am wondering why you would still have a c-section. Wasn't it scheduled originally because you thought it was a large singleton? Just wondering. I too would worry about being off on the dates and having preemie babies. A couple days can mean so much to them in utero. Best of luck with whatever you decide and hopefully you will have 3 healthy babies!
Wow... you are good !!!!
I have a stethoscope but all i can hear is "shwichwosch " in the belly ...kkk ...

I can tell you are blessed with a great hearing !!!

I discussed that with my vet, a C-section or not. The reason we kept the "date" is she had a prior C-section and it was a single huge puppy but we are worried she will not be able to "push" them out after having the c-section first time. And i am not sure if you read all the posts but i lost a puppy on an emergency c-section at the emergency hospital, it was not nice. I am plain worried now. I prefer to have it done by the vet i know and trust than risk going to the 24 hour hospital again. There is also the possibility she will go into labor before thursday ...

Puppies are starting to move a lot and vet and i have talked that if by tomorrow they were not moving a lot we would cancel the c-section appointment !

The worse case scenario she will be 58-59 days on Thursday and the best case scenario she would be due today or tomorrow... i am staying home with her but she is eating , playing and just not into early labor stages at all.

I keep going back and forth in mind ... i bet you can imagine... that is why i posted this here . to see if there was anyone out there that had experience with schedule c-sections.

Have you ever had puppies born around 58 to 59 days?

XOXO
