Isabella just got spayed on Tuesday & had a hematoma & now she has a bruise, it looked like a birth mark (hickey). When I picked her up they told she had the bruise & that it would go away, which it is slowly. I'm thinking it could be the same thing Isabella has. I would call the Vet tomorrow. Isabella has been acting normal though. She isn't in pain, she is active as normal.
