That's so neat how her hair is growing out a blue color.
If she has thick cottony hair, I don't think her hair texture will change much, even tho she's still a puppy. If you plan on growing her hair, you don't have to do anything to the blk tips. Some yorkies & morkies (in this case) look like they need a dye job. Lol
