There are so many reasons but for now you should keep a closed eye on them and if your "guts" tell you just make a vet visit.

It is very hard to give advice like this without seen the puppy and if there is nothing you will go crazy thinking of so many possibilities .

XOXO
I am, she doesn't shake all the time and the hypoglycemia is very scary to me, so I really look for that. She also sounds nasally, like she is congested in her nose and sometimes she has milk/liquid that comes out. This is REALLY starting to worry me, she only started this about a week ago.

any help you or anybody else could offer would be helpful.
