I have 3 and none of them have ever marked in the house but I have a large backyard and we also have an english bulldog so my 2 oldest yorkies will mark (one female one male) the spots in the backyard after the english bulldog. I think I would be very frustrated if one started marking in the house too! All I can think of is putting a piddle pad there to save your flooring and to prevent odor... I wish I had better advice... Maybe someone else has more experience than me.
