 Harley still sick
Well the vet brought him home yesterday at noon and i was so hopeful. He was sooo much better, eating drinking. He was still walking funny. When he ran he fell over but overall it was like night and day. I was hopeful it was the metrodizanole, working its way out of his system. Well last night he seemed to go downhill. This morning he cant stand up. I am crushed. He still has the neurological symptoms. Little tics. Laying around and not eating. I am thinking once he was off the IV the symptoms are coming back. Looking like a liver shunt problem to me. The vet says liver count high but other two factors are normal... BUN? i think. Says a lot of things can cause the liver to be pissed off, how he put it. So is not a guarantee. There again, he can not do the blood test to make sure cuz he prob cant get that much blood from lil Harley. So sad today. |
