Hi, Welcome. I had the same problem, they were afraid of the flap so we taped it up and that seems to help. Also my little one was afraid to step through it because of the little ledge on the bottom of ours. She finally learned that she could step through it safely instead of trying to jump or run through it. Keep trying your little ones will get the idea. Lila & Mia |
