Years ago my sister-in-law that did grooming out of her home was using a dremmel tool on a Maltese pup and the ear hair got caught in the dremmel tool and before she could get it turned off it did a lot of damage to the poor pups ear and it went into shock and died. I just can't imagine the horror of something like that happening.
You could not pay me enough to ever try using one of those.
