i'd take her to the vet. She could just be throwing up the white foam because her stomach is empty and upset, and since there is no food in there that's what comes out. Also the heat doesn't help. she is probably really not feeling well from the heat and not eating so a trip to the vet might be in order unless you get her to eat and she perks up to her normal self.
Mine vomited this morning too because she didn't eat anything yesterday. I too think it was because she was too hot to eat even tho i try to keep her comfortable (no central air in my house). i made sure she ate her breakfast and she was fine the rest o the day.
