Awww, Chloe is still a pretty girl. I'm sorry you've had 2 bad experiences. I'm from Ok too but I don't dare take Fancy to get groomed because I'm too scrared of something like that happening so I do all the bathing & trimming myself! I want her hair long anyway. I would see if Ruth would do all future trims, it be worth paying her than the awful groomer that botched Chloe's hair.
