Pyrantel Palmoate can be given every other week starting at 3 weeks old, that is what we do : at 3 weeks, 5, 8 weeks and 12 weeks when they ready to go home.

Usually at 10 weeks old i use a different de-wormer: PANACUR-C
Now, consult with your vet about the dosage to give as it is measured accordingly to the weight of the puppies. The first de-wormer is a liquid, do not give the pill.
The second one is a powder you can get from your vet and it is given over a period of 3 to 5 days.
