Are there other things that go along with reactions to the shots? Such as other allergies? Reactions to antibiotics? Is there anything else I need to watch for?

yes sounds like her immune system is low is why she is reaction and yes other health issues can come from this but maybe not so it is a wait and see game. Oh good it was intranasal not a shot for bordatella --I still do not do this and titer mine but mine are mostly indoors due to health issues - so sorry this happened and i would wait on rabies and see how next round goes -- i would suggest doing benedryl before the vaccines and ask vet about that
