I'm sorry your little one is so sick! I'm sorry I don't have any input without more information. Sounds to me like you best take your guy to K-State if you're going to save his life, especially since your Vet is sending him home still sick and without a diagnosis or recovery.
How did this start? How was he acting? Was he eating? Was the fever the 1st thing you noticed? What meds is he on? Was there blood in Urine or poop? Was he vomitting? What neurological signs is he showing? Is he walking the walls or head pressing? What blood work was done and the results? Praying for your little guy!!
