You are right to a point. BUT if I tell them first thing that, for instance, my puppy is $1,000. and they say thank you and hang up, I don't have the chance to tell them all I do for my puppies and my dogs that make my puppy worth more than that $200. pup down the street that's had no vet care, no shots, no guarantee or anything. See what I'm saying?.
