[Sweet Apple]

Petsmart does carry them, and here, in Texas, they are $16.95 for the xsmall and then another $6.00 for the panty liners...I was about to get them, for when I take Apple out for her walk, and then I realized she usually pees two or three times on our 30 minute walk, so I thought, how's that gonna work So, my solution was to get pepper spray, in the event another dog approached her...I very seldom see stray dogs in the neighborhood, but, of course I can't take a chance...I hope I don't have to use it, but I've got it just in case...About the mess, I'm fortunate to have laminate floors and leather furniture, so that's not a problem to clean...pillows and blankets will just have to be washed as necessary...We're in day 3, and there seems to be very little blood, so I'm hoping it doesn't get much more...She, also, seems to be cleaning herself nicely...About her mood, she seems to be herself, and I haven't noticed anything different...Maybe it's because it's just her first heat...
