It is a medical fact that there are only like a handful of viruses that can be shared between humans and animals...so please don't blame yourself. Time will heal as much as it seems there is no light at the end of the tunnel.
A bunch of us here at YT have been through the emotions you are feeling right now, so a lot of us can offer support...I lost my first baby last year at about the same age suddenly getting hit by a car.
