Poor Ruby has to have surgery again. I recently posted a thread about the lump that she has on her right shoulder. She has all of a sudden been scratching, biting, and licking it. Well, I took her to the vet today because it was getting worse and she will just not leave it alone. The vet took a piece of it and she and the other vet in the office looked at it. They saw white blood cells indicating infection but they also saw cells that indicate cancer. She explained the two kinds it could be(basically one localized and one not). She feels pretty certain that it is localized because the lump has not grown since April. Obviously, we will not know for sure until it is sent for biopsy. So, Ruby goes Tuesday to have the lump removed and once again I get to worry, worry, worry!!! This means we again need your prayers.
