Do you trim the nails yourself, or do you have it done for you? Some people suggest that filing the nail down, after trimming, leaves no sharp edges. Joey's breeder trims the nails really short, much shorter than other groomers, and said that if you replace your nail cutters often you won't leave jagged edges, the sharper the better for the nail cutter I mean. Also, walks on concrete will file the nails down, but I know what you mean, the skin can become like tissue paper. My other thought would be wearing little booties, Molly would love that!
