I am so sorry about your loss of Fluffy. And also completely understand how quickly you became attached. I only had my Half-Pint Yorkie (RIP) one week.
Your breeder sounds wonderful and that is so comforting to hear.
Follow your heart regarding when you think it's best to adopt another Yorkie pup....
