My Biewer Bianca (7months old and 4.6lbs ) got stung by a bee and I had to rush her to the vet. Within 5 minutes after being stung she vomited and was shaking and going down hill pretty fast. She couldn't keep her head up. She even pooped on my floor. I gave her some nutri - cal which seemed to help her until I got her to the vet for a shot. I really thought I was losing her. My vet is 15 to 20 minutes away and I thought I would never get there. They gave her 2 shots and some more nutri-cal and she bounced back. She is very tired and seems to have just a little discomfort around her mouth. I tried putting ice on her face but she didn't want it. I then put a cold compress and she was ok with that for about 10 minutes. She is resting now and I thank god that she didn't die on me. I will be keeping benadryl in my medicine cabinet for now on.
