Lol, I'd let her sleep it off! I've had so many dogs that were terrified of the car when we got them, and I was determined not to make Joey scared. If all they do is go to the vet every time they are in the car, they will get scared, just because the shots hurt, and since the shots produced symptoms, it will be worse for her. I would wait a few days, some dogs don't feel too well the next day after shots, and you want to choose a place where there are no other dogs, since she hasn't had all her shots, but giving her a treat when she gets to the place might help, or you can just drive around the block, if there's no where to go. After Joey had all his shots, I took him to Petsmart; he loves that place, and will often jump in his little car seat when he wants to go for a ride. I swear he starting to know the way to certain places, and last time seemed anxious when we turned on the road that takes him to his vet.
