Girls become very clingy when they are in Heat and/or expecting.
At 2 weeks from being bred, it's much too early to tell if the breeding took. Remember girls become very big eaters when in heat....preparing for the possible upcoming litter. She may go off food around the 3rd week from the breedig and may even experience morning sickeness. Don't feed her too many of those cupcakes....too much sugar. You'll be better able to tell around the 5th week.
