Thank you for sharing your experience, vlccairo...that does make me feel better. I just hate the thought that he may think I have abandoned him forever. ORR, he could be having a good ole time and I'm worrying for nothing! lol This is the longest that my baby's been away from home, tho!

The trainer came highly recommended by my aunt, so I trust he's in good hands. I guess I will just have to hang tough for now.
Well, I was pretty sure she would be ok because we visited in advance and she like the people and the place. She also LOVED Hesham, the 6'5" owner/trainer who has a Yorkie named Biscuit as a pet. But it sure was quiet around here.

I'm sure he'll maintain his training if you work with him at home. I would just put on Samantha's leash and run through what she'd learned for five minutes whenever I thought about it. She liked doing it and now when she's shadowing me around the house she is in perfect "heel" position with no command or leash.

Give Turk a big Congratulations and welcome home from me and Samantha.
