Missy's is always in. If I take it out, she has a huge mound of hair hanging right over her eyes, and then we have to make fun of her calling her "Flop Top Mop Top".
I use those cloth type baby hairties for day to day stuff, and I keep it pretty loose. It's only when she's "going out" that we'll use a rubberband and bow.
