Hmm I found out that there is Yorkshire Terrier club of Oklahoma.
Yorkshire Terrier Club of America Affiliate Clubs

If you contact one of the officer, they might be able to help you.

Also I don't know how far you are from Texas, but there are many yorkie breeders in Texas and I know some of them are very active in this forum.

I was looking for a yorkie puppy too and found my breeder from YTCA breeder list. I hope this helps.
