Many years ago I used to live in Duluth! I couldn't believe that people would actually get heat stroke, when the temps were only in the 80's!
When friends from there would visit here, they always had to take a picture of the temp boards. LOL They couldn't believe the 110's!
Oh! I miss your beautiful state!! The drive to Gooseberry Falls was my favorite!!!! On up to Canada. Such memories!!!
Anyway, some where I saw a post where a yorkie mommy. Took ice cubes, put them in zip lock bags and put a towel or blanket over it. Her baby made sure it hit the right spot!
How about a baby pool?
