I do have my paypal connected to a banking account of mine that doesnt have a credit card, I just used my account number from my bank to activate my paypal account. When the store ask for my credit card number it told me I didnt have enough money in my paypal account to make the purchase. The amount it was for was for $34.89. I have $170.00 in my paypal account not including the money i have in the actual banking account attached to the paypal. So i thought that was strange in of its self. The last and only time i used the paypal was to make a donated to this very forum so i would be able to do the GE when i was ready. I have no pending payment awaiting in my paypal, so Im going to email the store and tell them the problem, and maybe try again later. Does anyone know if it is in fact a normal procedure for places to ask for your credit card number to verify your address or anything like that?? |
yeah as far as the credit card thing. You should of been able to click the paypal and takes you there. No credit card number needed on the site, you would ulitmately be paying twice then. I love paypal. They are super safe!
