Mine are all pee pad trained by the time they go home. They start in the whelping play pen. I line the entire pen with large, square, rubber padding (get them at WalMart in the physical fitness dept) then lay the pee pads on top of that. The wee ones take to it pretty fast. Then when they start going out into the kitchen, mom continues the training by herding them to the pad as soon as they're brought in. So, she does most of the training. |
Someone outside of YT told me that SHAMWOW's make excellent washable pee pads have you heard that?
