Just checked out her webstie. It appears she specializes in breeding tinies, big red flag. Advertises doll faced, another red flag. If you're looking in the Phelan area you would be better off contacting Scruffy's Yorkshire Terriers or Casablanca Yorkshire Terriers. You can get their contact info off the YTCA.org site, in the breeder referral section.
However, if your looking for a quality/reputable breeder up in your area, there are several. Saphire Yorkshire Terriers, Pastyme Yorkshire Terriers, La'Bel Esprit, info is also listed on YTCA.org.
