I always pick up Piper when a large unleashed dog approaches. I don't always know what to do when that dog starts jumping for my baby. I've said NO!, have kicked out at them. Sometimes they keep jumping until their owner finally comes and gets their dog under control. By this time Piper is trying to climb on my head.
