I think Lola is going into her first heat. She is constantly licking herself "down there" and she seems really swollen.

I definitely need to get her "britches" to wear, as we live in the city and the last thing I want is a boy dog taking interest. Does anyone have any recommendations of what type has worked for you? I'm hoping I can find some at PetSmart/PetCo, but I've never looked before so am clueless about what they carry. She is quite small - only 2.8 lbs, which is what I'm worried about. I just hope they make them small enough so that she isn't uncomfortable.
