Thats horrible, I always wondered how those fences worked just because I couldn't understand how it would keep a dog in. But that just explains it all. I feel horrible for that woman and I pray her dog pulls through and is healthy.

I have the other kind of problem. Lately since we've been out at the park with our bullie more often this month I have come to realize ALOT of people let their smaller sized dogs run loose and up to my bullie. I don't feel comfortable with strange dogs coming up to her because you just never know if they will "like" each other or what. Sometimes the owners even "pretend" like Oh I didn't my dog was loose or got away from me. It is kind of annoying because we always pick a nice secluded spot and people WILL see us and come up and let their dogs go just to come up to ours. We always grab her and put her leash on and usually just pick her up, shes not that big but still it really disturbs me, they could just ask first!
