 Issue: "Is my lawn a toilet?"
I was walking Ninja today around my neighborhood. He usually sniffs other peoples lawns and pees on them. I also bring a bag to clean up his poop too.
So he was sniffing away on some guys lawn and he was standing at his door. Then he asks me "Is my lawn a toilet?"
I always see people walking their dogs and letting them pee on lawns, poles, corners, etc. I didn't think that it was unwelcome as long as you clean up the poop.
Am I suppose to train my dog not to pee on other peoples lawns? If so, where is he suppose to go when I walk him? He usually goes in a litter box but when I walk him, he'll just go around marking his territory. Or is it just a matter of opinion?
