I agree with you. If I had two small pups I too would spilt the dosage.
Buddy is a bigger yorkie, 16lbs and I give him only 2/3 of the vial,
throwing the rest away and I apply every 6wks instead of 4.
My vet said not to do this but it's my dog and he dosen't have to know.
Actually he uses another flea med that I won't use so you have to do
what you think is right for your pups.
I also stop using it from Nov-April giving his body a break.
Never saw a flea on him and he's out everyday walking in the grass
where many other dogs are walked.
