I always read the rescue section and my 2 babies are a rescue and a rehome. The comment was made that there are never enough foster homes.

I wanted to know what qualifications etc would make someone able to provide a good foster home. I would be interested in helping out, but I do work during the day 5 days a week though I come home at lunch. So, do you need to be a stay or work at home mommy to foster? What do rescues look for, require, and desire in a foster home?

Just curious....
