WOW! 10 puppies! I am thinking back to the litter of 5, I just had here and trying to imagine it doubled. Boggling the mind! That is a puppy pile I would love to just nuzzle right in with. You will definately have your work cut out for you over the next few months. I'd offer to help if I was closer.
I was going to make sure you had her on calcium supplements, but that has already been listed. Other than that, all I can recommend is sleep when you can!
