Default Needing some advice

I found a breeder but she's not from the recommended Ytca. She's been breeding for three years now. I asked all the right questions and she asked me some questions too. Do anyone think that three years is too short of a time and is it bad not to be YTCA recommended? She invited me to meet the puppies and gave me references but they are emails, by the way we only connect thru emails, and she has a contract that sounds very believable and honest. In the contract she states that she will take the pup back at anytime if owner cannot keep pup. She also has health guarantees like if the pup is diagnosed with a life threatening cogenital defect before 12mo old they will replace the pup. Are these things to make me steer away or toward this breeder? She definitely fit the criteria of a good breeder but I just need some more reassurance. HELP
