Ha, I had this same problem x2 about a month ago. I put Molly in the laundry room with a FOUR FOOT tall baby gate. She was fine the first day, but the next day, there she was greeting me at the door! She must have climbed it. I dont want her to have free range of the house bc she isn't completely trained, so the next day I put her in the laundry room and closed the door.....Came home from work, and there was Molly greeting me again! I thought, OMG, she opened the door! Well, I got to the laundry room and she had chewed through the bottom of the door and got out! I was in total disbelief!! Now what we have been doing is putting up the four foot baby gate with another 3 foot gate stacked on top. There is about 2 feet left at the top. So far, Hudini hasn't escaped that! |
