We always joke about having a sled dog team made up of yorkies. LOL would take about 80 of them! But you could do a small team, have a little sled for them to pull, do they wear boots?
Or what about a beauty shop? Have them in curlers with painted nails? Foils?
Hippies? Tie dye, peace signs, free love? They could give out kisses.
Beauty queens? Crowns, ball gowns, sashes.
Cheerleaders, band members, firemen would be funny lol.
