Piper use to do that from 10-15 weeks old. She did out grow it. The vet said she had an immature bladder. She was really hard to house train because she had to pee so often. I use to call her Piddle Piper. She is 15 months old now and she will still have a piddle accident every once in awhile. She doesn't ask to go out. You have to watch her body language. When she starts to do the "Potty Dance" you better let her out. I hope someday she will learn to ask to go out but I have a feeling this is just the way Piper is. My male was so easy to house train and always would bark when he wanted out.
