Hi!
Juno did the same exact thing! It was almost as if his mission in life was to chew pee pads!
I tried the washable ones, but he would just lay on those (ew!)
So i got a pee pad holder from PetSmart ($25). I got the one that says "Floor protector" (it doesnt come in a box). The one by Simple Solutions, which comes in a box, is useless for me. It was so flimsy.

This has solved our pee pad horror for now. Juno does try to get it out, but gives up when the pad doesnt come out. I also sprayed the edges of the tray with the bitter spary.
