It's not at all uncommon for pups to have white on their chests or toes when the are born, but it does NOT mean that they are parti carriers. Thorough knowledge of the lines you are breeding would be the best way to determine if the dogs are carriers. (All of which should be done/known BEFORE breeding anyway.
