[Tootsie Anne]

I have a 4 month old baby and she has itched since we got her 2 months ago..Her vet suggested adding fish oil to her food~did that~!! We are in the process of switching her to Iams puppy food which her groomer suggested and we use Tropicare Puppy shampoo to bath her at home...Still no change~any suggestions would be greatly appreciated???!!!
