I don't live in an apartment and we don't have any animals as of now. But when we lived in our first home in Baltimore, people would walk their dogs and for some reason they seemed to pick our yard to dump in. No big deal if the dog relieves themselves in my yard but it truly pisses me off when the owner doesn't have the decency to clean up after them and I'm the one doing the dirty work. Should these people really have the privileged of owning a pet if they can't take the responsibility to clean up after them.

We bring our furbutt home the end of September and believe me I will have baggies with me when we go on walks. Luckily the neighborhood we live in now, the dog owners seem responsible and I haven't had to clean up after any of my neighbors dogs!
