 I hate that!
My complex allows pets. Actually let me rephrase that... my complex allows pets under 20 pounds. MIND U...these peoples pets are over 50! O.O! And if you have a pet that is not even allowed! At least pick up that 2 pound poop. Ughhh! I seriously get frustrated also =[. And what's so sad. We have these bag holders everywhere -.- the apts actually provide the baggies. Its just annoying people are too lazy to bend over and pick it up -.-. Blah!
