I feel your pain.. my apartment building is about the only one on base that allows pets so everyone that gets stationed here that has a pet moves into my tower. I would say about 10 people don't pick up their poop. They have even had complaints to the housing office and had put up notices to pick up your poop or you have to get rid of your pet or you will be fined. I don't know whats so hard about it. I have 3-4 doggy baggies for pickin up poop tied to their leads so I will never be in a predicament.
